Private Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Session

I draw on my personal experience with grief, trauma, and healing, as well as rely on my professional training as a trauma-sensitive yoga facilitator (TCTSY-F) to walk along you on the path of healing.

Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (or TCTSY) is an empirically validated, clinical intervention for complex trauma or chronic, treatment resistant post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

“Yoga therapy for me has reinforced again to listen more to what my body, mind, soul needs in the moment. The breathing technique for cooling I find particularly helpful when a hot flush arrives. I’m still adjusting to so many things since my diagnosis/surgery. Through chatting with you, so many things are beginning to fall into place. Revisiting boundaries with you, again is reinforcing how much I need to work on putting them in place. When I listen to some of your examples, I think why didn’t I think of that? It makes perfect sense, yet it’s not even on my radar most of the time. The moving of energy in our practice I really enjoy, and the recordings are particularly helpful especially to be able to access them before bed. Thank you again, I’m so glad our paths have crossed.”
