About Me
I’ve experienced reproductive loss, PTSD, burnout, and chronic stress. For the first 30 years of my life, I had developed coping mechanisms that helped me survive. I didn’t know at the time, that they were impacting on my life and keeping me in the same spiral of hypervigilence, anxiety, and control. I got to a point when another traumatic event in my life literally brought me to my knees and woke me up to my pain, avoidance, and dissociation. I wanted to be the best version of myself that I could be in this life, so I started learning about trauma, chronic pain, and how somatic therapies could help. After 10 years of learning about trauma and somatic therapies, and helping people manage anxiety and PTSD through body-mind and nature connection, I’m here to support you on your path.
It took me four decades of my life to understand why I am here, on this Earth. Part of my mission, it turns out, is to support people with a history of trauma and chronic illness to be the best version of themselves that they can be; to help them regain their power, the spark they were born with, and feel confident to explore, discover, and reach their potential. To help create change that is sustainable.
